Protecting Your Assets and Your Agency

EPLI Website Header.jpgAs an employer, you face the very real possibility of employment-related lawsuits brought by disgruntled employees or ex-employees. EPL claims can be expensive to defend so don’t go it alone. Get the coverage you need to protect your assets.

Lawsuits might include allegations of:

If your agency has less than 10 employees, EPL coverage can be added to your Swiss Re Corporate Solutions E&O policy by endorsement.
